1. What are your operating hours?

We're open Monday through Saturday for lunch (11:00am-2:00pm) and dinner (4:30pm-7:30pm). Closed on Sundays.

2. What's the address of the restaurant?

4833 Hopyard Road, E3, Pleasanton, CA 94588. Entering from Chabot Drive, we are the first business on the right.

3. Is Bentolicious closed on holidays??

Yes. We are closed for Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday–Saturday), and X’mas.

4. Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We deliver through DoorDash within a 10-mile radius.

5. How do I place a large order for an event?

Please call us at 925-201-3899 least one week in advance. Currently we have an upper limit of party trays serving ~250 people.

6. Can I customize my bento box?

Absolutely! Our 'Build Your Own Bento' option lets you choose 1 entree and 3 sides when you order through Doordash or walk-in.

7. Do you have vegetarian options?

Yes, we offer a dedicated vegetarian bento box and several vegetable sides.

8. Do you take phone orders?

Yes, we do. For phone orders, you can only choose the main entrée. You won’t be able to choose the side dishes. For orders greater than 30 bentos, please contact us at least one day in advance.

9. Other than bentos, do you sell dishes à la Carte?

Yes, we do. The availability of specific dishes may vary each day.
